Key delivery points to note
- We aim to deliver within 7 days of receipt of your order (but please allow up to 14 days)
- All orders are tracked and recorded
- All orders must be signed for on delivery
- Orders will only be processed on working days (if you have placed an order on the weekend or a bank holiday your order will be processed on the next working day)
- Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address you specified when completing your order

We are very happy to ship anywhere in the world.
Our standard shipping and delivery cost allows us to deliver within the UK.

Tracking your delivery
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way to the delivery address.
All orders that leave our warehouse are assigned a tracking number. You can use this to track delivery with the shipping company. You can find this number in your confirmation email or in your order history.
Please note: you will not receive a tracking number until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What if you are not in?
Should your order be undeliverable i.e. where delivery has been attempted with no answer at the delivery address, a card will be left advising the location of the local depot for collection.
If your order is returned to us by the delivery company you will be liable for a return charge. We will also need to charge you again for delivery. Once the delivery charge has been paid we will arrange redelivery to your address.
The Portman Gallery is not liable for any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to the order that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. During transport network delays, strikes and adverse weather conditions The Portman Gallery will endeavour to keep you updated with regards to delivery.
Delivery and / or re-direction charges will apply if an incorrect address is provided and an order has to be re-routed or re-sent after it has been dispatched.
